According to The Wrap, the suit claims the former "Beverly Hills 90210" star slipped and fell on one of the establishment's grills, sustaining "deep second- and third-degree burn injuries requiring hospitalization and surgery."
She was at the company's Los Angeles location (specifically in Encino).
According to court papers obtained by The Wrap, Spelling is seeking damages that "exceed $25,000" for hospital and medical expenses and loss of earning capacity.
