Clint Eastwood is tired of people being politically correct.
In a new cover story for Esquire, Eastwood said that Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is "onto something" because the candidate doesn't censor what's on his mind.
"Because secretly everybody's getting tired of political correctness, kissing up. That's the kiss-a-- generation we're in right now. We're really in a p---- generation," Eastwood said in the article. "Everybody's walking on eggshells. We see people accusing people of being racist and all kinds of stuff. When I grew up, those things weren't called racist."
Eastwood said that he thinks the "p---- generation" is "All these people that say, 'Oh, you can't do that, and you can't do this, and you can't say that.'"
Although Eastwood praised Trump, the actor clarified that it doesn't mean he endorses the Republican nominee.
"He's said a lot of dumb things. So have all of them. Both sides," Eastwood said. "But everybody — the press and everybody's going, 'Oh, well, that's racist,' and they're making a big hoodoo out of it. Just f---ing get over it. It's a sad time in history."
