- Lindsay Lohan will be charged with the crime of lying to police after her car accident in June on Pacific Coast Highway when her Porsche slammed into the back of an 18-wheeler truck. At the time, Lohan told Santa Monica PD she was not in the driver's seat, but multiple witnesses told cops otherwise. The case will reportedly be filed as a misdemeanor by the Santa Monica City Attorney this week, which could result in jail time for LiLo as she is currently on probation from a previous jewelry heist. Cops also found loads of prescription pills in the actress' purse after the crash, but her attorney was able to show doctor's prescriptions so cops backed off of a possible drug crime charge.
