Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue models

The annual Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition hit newsstands last week, and everyone is talking about the scandalous cover and beautiful models of all sizes inside the issue.

The magazine features 16 veteran models and eight "rookies," all of whom are flawlessly posed against beautiful backdrops.

But to get the lust-worthy shots, the models have the help of makeup artists, hair stylists, lighting experts, staff dedicated solely to bikini adjustment, and later, Photoshop.

The results are stunning photographs of seemingly perfect-looking women.

While the 24 models featured in the issue are all undoubtedly beautiful, they are also human.

Here is a look at what the top models look like off duty.

Allegedly unretouched photos from Beyoncé's 2013 L'Oreal campaign hit the internet Wednesday, and now everyone is freaking out.

The Beyonce World first published the outtakes, but the images of the Queen B with less-than-perfect skin have since gone viral on Twitter:

Of course, there were the haters:

But B's true fans defended the photos:

Others simply refused to believe the photos are real:

But it appears the images are real:

Team Beyoncé apparently did not appreciate the leaked photos, demanding that Beyoncé World remove them immediately.

The site, which first published the pics, deleted the photos just hours after releasing them, explaining:

Due to the disdain of the BeyHive, we have removed the photos. We don't want to cause any drama, nor do we wish to start fan wars. Some of the things we have seen posted were just horrible, and we don't want any parts of it. We were just posting the photos to share the fact that our queen is naturally beautiful, at the same time she is just a regular woman.

Allison Williams speaks out for first time on dad Brian Williams

Brian Williams Allison Williams

While America's trust in Brian Williams may be waning in the wake of his embellishment of a war story, the news anchor's actress daughter, Allison Williams, still trusts her father and hopes he will return to airwaves soon.

"One thing this experience has not done is shake my trust and belief in him as a man," the "Girls" star said during a night of conversation at the 92nd Street Y in New York City with "Late Night" host Seth Meyers.

Allison Williams seth meyersWhile the 26-year-old actress admitted that the past month has "been tough," she also defended her father, saying: "He’s an honest man, he’s a truthful man, he has so much integrity, he cares so much about journalism. And yes, he’s a really good dad."

brian williams allison williams familyRead Allison Williams' full remarks below:

Yeah, this has been a really hard time. We have also been feeling very lucky, counting our blessings. We have our health, we have each other. It’s been an incredible experience to experience the outreach from people we love — family, friends — and then people we don’t even know. Strangers just reaching out and saying 'We want to see him back on TV.' It’s been tough, though. Obviously toughest on my dad, who’s sort of been bearing the full responsibility for it. But my mom has been so strong and my brother’s been amazing.

My dad has always been there for us, 100% of the time, even sometimes before we knew we needed him. And so this is — to be here for him is the least we can do right now. And one thing this experience has not done is shake my trust and belief in him as a man. He’s a really good man. He’s an honest man, he’s a truthful man, he has so much integrity, he cares so much about journalism. And yes, he’s a really good dad. But I know you can trust him, because as any good daughter does, I have tested him on that so many times.

One of which actually was in 2003, when he was in Iraq for the war, I was in ninth grade. There was a father-daughter dance at the end of that year. And before he left, he was assuming he’d be back in time for the dance. And then as the date was coming, it didn’t seem like he was going to make it. But he had promised. And so then, right, a couple of days before, I was so upset — and I got a surprise call from Iraq from my dad. And he was asking if I had a date to the dance. So that’s the kind of man he is.

And I can’t wait until he’s back on TV, and I know that many of you guys feel that way. Thank you for all of your outreach, I appreciate it.

In one of the most memorable sketches, MacDonald resumed his role as Burt Reynolds, aka "Turd Ferguson,"during a "Jeopardy" bit filled with SNL cast members impersonating celebrities.

Eddie Murphy SNLNorm MacDonald explained the set up to his 518,000 Twitter followers in a detailed play-by-play of how "SNL 40" came together:

The iconic doors would open and on to home base would step Eddie Murphy. The audience would know what to do. Why is Eddie wearing a multi-colored sweater? He steps behind the bar, begins mixing a drink. The audience covers the fact he has not spoken. When he speaks, he is Cosby. Eddie Murphy doing a perfect Cosby impression. The audience does not let him finish. The sketch ends. The show, for all intents, ends.

It's my job to talk him in to doing Jeopardy. We talk in his dressing room a good hour. When it's over, I'm convinced he'll do it. He doesn't. He knew the laughs would bring the house down. Here's the real story behind Chelsea Handler's topless photo that was removed by Instagram

$

In November, Chelsea Handler took it upon herself to recreate this viral photo of Russian president Vladimir Putin riding a horse without his shirt.

The 39-year-old comedian posted the below to her 1.5 million Instagram followers (we've cropped the photo here), but the photo-sharing app apparently didn't appreciate her humor.

Putin Chelsea HandlerJust 30 minutes after Handler posted the photo, Instagram removed it, saying she had violated the app's terms of service.

Screen Shot 2015 02 20 at 10.44.46 AM

Handler doesn't like being told what she can and cannot do.

She responded by posting the photo twice more, and both times Instagram responded by swiftly removing the photo.

In the captions, Handler wrote, "If a man posts a photo of his nipples, it’s ok, but not a woman? Are we in 1825?" And then later, "If Instagram takes this down again, you’re saying Vladimir Putin has more 1st amendment rights than I do."

During the Code Media conference on Wednesday, Handler explained her back-and-forth fight with Instagram.

"I wasn’t trying to look fantastic, that’s just a by-product," she joked. "I’m also not trying to sexualize myself. I was in Chile, and my cousin and I were riding a horse, and I said, 'Let’s make fun of that Putin photo where he’s topless!’ So my cousin put [the photos] side by side with an app, because I’m a Luddite when it comes to tech, and then she said, 'Oh my God, your picture was removed.'"

"Why?" Handler said. "He’s topless. Is it because I have nipples? Is it because they’re bigger? Because there’s meat around them? … So I thought, that’s such a silly thing to do. And not long after, Kim Kardashian showed her whole naked body and her whole ass and — she’s a mother! I’m not a mother."

Chelsea Handler Instagram

Instagram let the Kardashian comparison photo stay. It has nearly 240,000 likes.

But Handler takes pleasure in testing Instagram's limits.

"I’m sure there were discussions within the walls of Instagram, which also gives me a thrill, that they had to sit there and talk about my ass," she told Re/code’s Kara Swisher and Peter Kafka during the conference.

And while she may clash with Instagram, Handler is a huge fan of Twitter.

"Twitter’s my new best friend, because I went from Twitter to Instagram, and Twitter seemed a little bit older, and then I went back to Twitter because they don’t have a problem with nudity."

But Handler is actually a fan of tech startups in general.

"What I love about Silicon Valley is the energy. You walk into these offices and everybody’s working on something," she said.

"Well," she added, "they do seem to play ping-pong a lot."

Eddie Murphy SNL

Earlier this week, comedian Norm MacDonald tweeted a great behind-the-scenes story about Saturday Night Live's 40th anniversary special and how Eddie Murphy refused to play Bill Cosby.

MacDonald explained how Murphy turned down the opportunity for big laughs in a "Jeopardy" sketch during Sunday's special:

Eddie Murphy does a perfect Cosby impression...

It's my job to talk him in to doing Jeopardy. We talk in his dressing room a good hour. When it's over, I'm convinced he'll do it. He doesn't. He knew the laughs would bring the house down. Eddie Murphy knows what will work on SNL better than any one. Eddie decides the laughs are not worth it. He will not kick a man when he is down. Eddie Murphy, I realize, is not like the rest of us. Eddie does not need the laughs. Eddie Murphy is the coolest, a rockstar even in a room with actual rockstars.

Instead, current SNL cast member Kenan Thompson played the embattled 77-year-old actor in a video daily double that was "taped" six months before the actor was plagued by allegations of rape and sexual assault.

Kenam Thompson Bill Cosby SNLBill Cosby responded on Thursday, telling NBC News: "I am very appreciative of Eddie and I applaud his actions."

But before Cosby was thanking Eddie Murphy, he was reprimanding him back in the '80s when Murphy was just a young comic.

In the below clip from his 1987 standup special "Eddie Murphy: Raw," Murphy tells the story of how Cosby called to tell him to curb his cursing.

I'm a big fan of Billy Cosby. Never met the man but he called me up about a year ago and chastised me on the phone about being too dirty on the stage. It was real weird because I had never met him and he just thought he should call me up, because he was Bill, and tell me that that isn't what comedy is all about. I sat and listened to this man chastise me, and when Bill Cosby chastises you, you forget you're grown, you feel like one of the Cosby kids and s---t."

In his most Cosby-like voice, Murphy imitates the older comic, saying: "I would liiiike to talk to youuuu about some of the things that you do in the show."

Murphy proceeds to tell the story of their phone call while imitating Cosby. Watch the funny bit below, now more relevant than ever:

9 science-backed signs you're smarter than average

$

0

natalie portman

What makes someone smart?

Scientists have been investigating that question for decades, and the research suggests that everything from your mother's breast milk to the size of your waistline can influence your intelligence.

Additional reporting by Chelsea Harvey.

You don't smoke.

A 2010 Israeli study compared the IQ and smoking status of 20,000 young men.

As the Daily Mail reported, the results were stark:

• The average 18- to 21-year smoker had an IQ of 94, and the non-smoker had an IQ of 101.

• Those who smoked more than a pack a day had an average IQ of 90.

• In sibling sets, nonsmoking brothers were smarter than smokers.

You took music lessons.

Research suggests that music helps kids' minds develop in a few ways:

• A 2011 study found that the verbal intelligence of 4- to 6-year-olds rose after only a month of music lessons

• A 2004 study found that 6-year-olds who took nine months of piano lessons had an IQ boost compared with kids who took drama lessons or no classes at all.

But the researchers may be getting it backward: A 2013 study suggested high-achieving kids were the ones most likely to take music lessons

You're the oldest child.

Oldest siblings are usually smarter, but it's not because of genetics.

The New York Times reports, "The new findings, from a landmark study published [in June 2007], showed that eldest children had a slight but significant edge in IQ — an average of three points over the closest sibling. And it found that the difference was not because of biological factors but the psychological interplay of parents and children."

For this and other reasons, firstborns tend to be more successful than their siblings.

Here's how 'Birdman' shot that crazy scene of Michael Keaton running in Times Square in his underwear

$

Birdman OscarsOn Sunday, "Birdman" star Michael Keaton lost the best actor Oscar to "The Theory of Everything" leading man, Eddie Redmayne.

But "Birdman" won the big award of the night  best picture  and also took home best director, best original screenplay, and best achievement in cinematography.

During the awards show, Oscars host Neil Patrick Harris spoofed one of the most memorable scenes in the movie, in which Micheal Keaton is forced to jog through Times Square in his underwear.

Neil Patrick Harris underwear Oscars 2015The scene occurs after Keaton's character is locked out of his dressing room mid-performance at a nearby Broadway theater.

birdman michael keaton times squareIt's one of the most memorable points in the film.

But what many don't realize about the key scene is that Keaton really had to dodge unsuspecting, gawking fans in New York's busiest area  all in one continuous shot with no cuts.

Here's what the scene ended up looking like in the film:

Michael Keaton Birdman Times Square GIF

But the shoot wasn't easy.

The film's director, Alejandro G. Iñárritu, explained the logistical nightmare to Variety:

There were four takes, starting at 8:30 p.m. If the shot was too early, the lighting wouldn’t work; too late, the crowd would thin. Crew was kept to a minimum, to draw as little attention as possible. Keaton’s movements were accompanied by only four people: Lubezki [cinematographer]; the focus puller; the boom operator; and the digital imaging technician. Eight production assistants worked on crowd control. Inarritu was close by; for two of the four takes, he shot Keaton with his smartphone for footage used in a subsequent scene in which Emma Stone watches the incident on YouTube...

Because production couldn't afford to shut down Times Square or fill it with paid extras, real fans and onlookers became part of the shot.

"We worried about security," Inarritu told Variety, adding that there was a fear someone would stare at the camera or walk into the scene. "There was no possibility to cut away if that happened" since it was one long take, the director notes. "If any scene in the film failed, I could not remove it or manipulate it. It had to be perfect."

Here's what the shoot looked like in reality as a passerby in Times Square:

In order to divert people's attention from the camera, Variety reports Inarritu hired a group of street drummers who danced and performed nearby. "All the tourists wanted to look at these drummers. A half-naked man in Times Square? They’ve seen that before," said the director.

"Birdman" production designer, Kevin Thompson, explained further to Yahoo Movies:

"Having the drummers there really assisted in gathering and holding the crowd, and then also holding space along one side of them. It created an energy that helped, I think."

Now watch the shoot from the drummers' point of view:

"Even though it does look like chaos, we did have to control the crowd and extras," added Thompson. "For the most part we just had a ton of film crew dressed as pedestrians that we’d guide, and then all these extras taking pictures. It was very complicated."

Another challenge that production faced was all of the prominent brand advertising in the background of the Times Square shoot.

The "Birdman" legal team had to get permission from each brand to be used onscreen, reports Variety.

But it wasn't just the Times Square scene that was tough to shoot. The entire film was made to look like one continuous, two-hour shot.

In order to achieve the look, the cast underwent shots that took anywhere from seven to 10 minutes to film, according to Entertainment Weekly.

"Everybody showed up every morning frightened," Keaton told EW. "The crew too. I think we were all thinking, I don't want to be the guy who lets everybody down."

The cast, crew, and camera team had to be in sync at all times on the very fast 30-day shoot.

Here's how EW describes what one mistake would cost them on set:

"Anything—a misremembered line, an extra step taken, a camera operator stumbling on a stair or veering off course or out of focus—could blow a take, rendering the first several minutes unusable even if they had been perfect."

"You had to be word-perfect, you had to be off script, and you literally had to count your paces down to the number of steps you needed to take before turning a corner," Keaton told EW.

But with four Oscar wins, the challenging shoot was clearly worth it.

The small film has been profitable, too. On a production budget of just $18 million, "Birdman" has raked in over $76 million worldwide since its late October release.

Check out the "Birdman" trailer below:

Taylor Swift posted her first bikini photo on Instagram to avoid a paparazzi payday

For years, Taylor Swift has been plagued by the rumor that she doesn't have a belly button.

The wacky story was started thanks to the singer's love of high-waisted, two-piece ensembles that do not reveal her lower abdomen.

Taylor SwiftIn December, the 25-year-old singer gave an odd interview to Lucky magazine in which she only perpetuated the idea that something may be wrong with her navel:

I don't like showing my belly button. When you start showing your belly button then you're really committing to the midriff thing. I only partially commit to the midriff thing — you're only seeing lower rib cage. I don't want people to know if I have one or not. I want that to be a mystery. As far as anyone knows based on my public appearances, they haven't seen evidence of a belly button. It could be pierced. They have no idea. If I'm going to get some sort of massive tattoo, it's going to be right next to my belly button because no one's ever going to see that.

But it turns out Swift was just messing with us.

Last month the singer finally posted a bikini photo showing off her much-discussed belly button while on vacation in Hawaii with the sisters of the band Haim.

 on

In an interview with
BBC 1 Radio’s "Breakfast Show with Nick Grimshaw" on Tuesday, Swift revealed that posting the photo was a calculated move.

Because Swift had kept her navel under wraps for so long, she knew there would be a high price for whichever photographer could first prove its existence.

Not wanting the paparazzi to benefit from her belly button and from invading her private vacation, Swift decided to take matters into her own hands. She explained to Grimshaw:

Basically, on the last day [of vacation] we see a fishing boat a half a mile away. We were like, 'That's a little weird. We're in the middle of the ocean scuba diving.' My security gets out binoculars and sees that they have a huge long-lens camera. At which point, we go back to the beach and we realize, 'Okay, so they got pictures of us in our bikinis, like, I don't want them to make like $100,000 for stalking us.' So we're like, 'Get up on the bow of the boat. We're taking better bikini shots, so they don't make as much money on theirs.'

The moral of the story is that no one is going to benefit off Taylor Swift unless she herself says so. Just ask Spotify.

People decide if you're successful within 5 seconds of meeting you — here's how to look the part

$

david beckham suit"Thin slicing"— the psychological tendency for people to make assumptions about your attractiveness, personality, and all sorts of other things within seconds of meeting you— happens all the time.

Including at work.

Research suggests that colleagues and would-be clients make snap assessments about your earning potential, chance of getting promoted, and level of success.

In a 2011 Canadian study, 87 university students were shown photos of a man in professional or casual dress, and were asked what they expected his workplace outcomes to be.

The differences were obvious. Not only were the well-dressed men expected to make more money, they were expected to be promoted more rapidly. Meanwhile, the sloppily dressed guys were expected to receive more verbal harassment at work.

In a 2013 British-Turkish study, 274 participants had five seconds to look to at photos of men wearing suits — one group in tailored garb, the other in off-the-peg outfits.

The results may make you want to visit a tailor.

"The man was rated more positively on all attributes apart from trustworthiness when pictured in the bespoke suit," the authors wrote. "On the evidence of this study it appears men may be advised to purchase clothing that is well‐tailored, as it can positively enhance the image they communicate to others."

Sexism is present here, too. A 1990 study found that when women dress more masculinely — straight silhouettes, angular lines, and dark colors — they are considered to be more hireable than women in more flowing, feminine garb.

So what can we do with all this info?

Here's what the experts advise:

• Look like you care about how you look."Carelessness seems to signal that you don't respect your coworkers or yourself," says Sylvia Ann Hewlett, author of "Executive Presence." "You certainly don't respect the client if you show up with soup on your tie or bitten nails, anything to make you look unkempt."

• Tailor your look to the situation. "If it's Microsoft, it's one outfit; in the US Army, it's another," says longtime executive recruiter Russell Reynolds. "You have to look like you belong to the group, [and] you have to look a little better than the group." To do that, Hewlett says to "pattern yourself" after someone who's particularly good at dressing a bit better than the rest of the group.

Stay away from the suggestive."For women, a major blunder is sexually provocative clothing,"Hewlett says. "It's tremendously undermining of your gravitas, because it's either distracting or threatening. No matter your projection of your capabilities, if your skirt is too short or your neckline too plunging, you get struck off the list for a big client meeting or a promotion."

leonard nimoy May 2013

"Star Trek" actor Leonard Nimoy died at the age of 83.

Nimoy, who popularized the role of Spock on the sci-fi series, gained a huge fan following over the years including some of Hollywood's biggest names like Mila Kunis.

A few celebrities attend "Star Trek" conventions, have autographed memorabilia from Leonard Nimoy, and even speak Klingon.

Mila Kunis has been a Trekkie since her teens.

Kunis told GQ in 2011 she has vintage "Star Trek" figures and a signed photo from Leonard Nimoy.

She's even attended a Trek conference.

"I went to the Star Trek Experience in Vegas maybe five years ago. I hung out with a bunch of fake characters inside Quark's bar. [Ed note: Quark was the name of the Ferengi bartender on DS9.] There were all these actors there pretending to be the different characters from the different shows. Yes, I loved it."

Her favorite series? "The Next Generation."

Ben Stiller sprinkles a lot of "Star Trek" references into his movies.

Not only is Stiller's production company, "Red Hour Films," a reference to an episode from the original series, but he has also thrown "Star Trek" references into his films ranging from "Tropic Thunder" to "Zoolander."

He also revealed at the 82nd Academy Awards he owns two pairs of Spock's ears signed by Leonard Nimoy.

Olivia Wilde says she's a Trekkie.

Wilde told i09 she's been a fan since young.

"I grew up as a Trekkie, which is really funny,"said Wilde. "I think 'Star Trek,' they were always great female roles, but there's no reason the captain shouldn't be a woman."

Kim Kardashian reveals the 'accidental' reason why her mobile game is such a huge success

Kim Kardashian

When Kim Kardashian released her mobile game, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, in June, people went nuts for the wildly addictive game.

The choose-your-own-adventure-style game  which allows users to go on photo shoots, dates, and rub elbows with Hollywood elite in order to climb the ranks and become an A-list celebrity — has 28 million downloads and 11 billion minutes of play since it launched last summer. It is also on track to rake in over $200 million.

Kim Kardashian Hollywood appIn a new Adweek cover story, Kim, who says she came up with the "cute concept" of the game, reveals the "accidental" reason she believes the app blew up:

Something that really worked in the game that was kind of an accident are the updates. [For example], your character can go on vacation to Mexico, and that's one of the places that I go all the time.

I actually didn't know the date of the launch, but I happened to be going to Mexico on the same day. Once I started posting pictures through Instagram that I was in Mexico, everyone was playing along [and saying], "I just updated my game, and I'm in Mexico with you." They would literally get a bikini like the one I had Instagrammed in a photo.

Kim Kardashian InstagramBut, says Kardashian, that wasn't part of the original plan.

People thought we were doing that on purpose and that it was planned, and it wasn't. We realized that it worked so well because we are in such good communication—myself and the Glu team—to make updates in real time. I try to tell them as far in advance of when I know I have a trip planned, and we try to get as many lifelike things that I'm actually doing to really happen in the game so you can play along with my real life.

Despite what many may believe, Kardashian is very involved with every aspect of the app, especially making sure it relates to her real life.

We try to mirror it as much as possible. The look of the game was really important to me. I must have pulled thousands of references of all the different ways that characters should have their hair, the outfits and the shoes. One time there was a strap wrong on one of the character's shoes—her feet weren't matching. I had to change the programming to fix that. It was important to me that everything is right.

kim kardashian hollywood gameWith the quick life cycles of games, Kardashian already has a plan in place to make sure hers stays relevant.

I think that adding my family members [as characters] and a bunch of cameos will get people excited. I started with adding my mom and now my sisters [last year]. Even my pets that I've had either now or in the past are in it. I want to make it as lifelike as possible.

kim kardashian hollywood"[The developers and I] talk daily," Kardashian tells Adweek of her commitment to the app. "We have these open emails and chats. If I have an idea, I send it to them. I [also] go down to [their home base] San Francisco every other month and meet with the whole team."

Still, she says, "I don't know if I expected it to do this well."

"I'm really thankful that it has because I've put a lot of hard work into it and spent a lot of time on it," adds Kardashian. "It's how I think of my show—someone can always relate. People always want to get their mind off of things and have something fun to do because their lives are so hectic. It's a fun game that you can really get addicted to and just lose yourself in for a couple of hours."

Larry David thinks reports about his massive net worth are 'absurd'

Larry David 60 Minutes

In a new "60 Minutes" interview with Charlie Rose, "Seinfeld" cocreator, writer, and producer Larry David revealed the one big way in which the hit NBC comedy changed his life.

"It gave me money," David said of the sitcom that ran from 1989 to 1998. "It gave me something that I didn't have, but not in the way that people think it's a total transformation. I still, to this day, couldn't walk up to a woman at a bar and say hello."

Larry David Jerry SeinfeldToday, "Seinfeld" is still syndicated on many TV channels. After the show ended in 1998, Larry David created and starred in "Curb Your Enthusiasm" on HBO in 1999. The show went on to run for eight seasons and win a Golden Globe for best comedy TV series.

Between the two hit shows and a massive "Seinfeld" syndication deal (the sitcom has reportedly netted $3.1 billion in fees for reruns on US TV channels) it has been estimated that David's net worth was around $900 million.

When David and his wife of 14 years divorced in 2007, his fortune (no matter what it was exactly) was halved, thanks to California divorce laws. Today, the TV creator-comedian-actor's net worth is reported to be about $400 million. On Sunday's "60 Minutes," Charlie Rose said David's net worth is closer to $500 million.

But David vehemently disputed rumors of his net worth to Rose during the segment.

In a clip available only on the CBS website, David insists "the figures that I read about the amount of money that I've made are so ridiculous, and it's absurd. It's unseemly, I don't have that kind of money!"

"My wife took half of it in the divorce," David confirmed.

Larry David Laurie David

When Rose asked if that was because he is generous, David responded, "No, that's the law."

Rose then asked if he would have preferred to have given her less, to which he replied: "Perhaps, who knows. No, after what I put her through I want her to be happy. It's not an easy job to be with me. I don't think of other people."

Getting back to his net worth, David says he finds the reports of his finances "embarrassing."

While he says "I honestly don't know" how much "Seinfeld" has earned in syndication, David admits, "I have a lot of money" but still says "the figures out there are crazy."

Rose tried to press David on an exact amount, telling his interview subject that he was worth "more than $500 million."

"Are you talking about me personally? Are you kidding me? Again, that's just nuts," replied David. "No, it's not [$500M]. And mind your own goddamn business."

This isn't the first time David has publicly denied his alleged net worth.

In 2011, he told Rolling Stone:

I don’t have anything near what I’m reputed to have. My wife got half of it, the whole thing is ridiculous, and yet people are obsessed with the fact that I’ve made millions of dollars from syndication.

It's okay for all these other people you've interviewed to have it, but not me? Jerry's not getting asked about how much money he has. Only I am. It comes down to, 'Jerry deserves it, he starred in it, you got lucky!'… It doesn't suit me, that's why, it's uncharacteristic for a person with my personality to have it, that's what's askew, right? Something's off, and I agree with you. I shouldn't! It's an anomaly!

David said that as he grew richer he developed an allergy to caviar, which "was the perfect metaphor for my life."

Celebrity Net Worth notes of David's massive fortune:

The real windfall came when Seinfeld was sold in to syndication to Columbia Tristar. The day Seinfeld was sold into syndication Larry earned an estimated $650 million. Add to that his prior personal fortune of $30 million plus all the money he has earned since starring in Curb and Larry is a very happy man. Another great annuity for David has been the periodic releases of Seinfeld DVD box sets. Every few years a new season is unleashed to a frenzied public with a huge marketing blitz. DVD sales can easily add another $40-50 million to Larry's bottom line.

But before he was rolling in the bucks, David told "60 Minutes" he worked a number of odd jobs, including chauffeur, taxi driver, paralegal, and bra salesman, which ended up being the premise of a "Seinfeld" episode.
